Project 1 | Bake Sale
Being apart of the dance team; Xclusive Division, My job was to be head of helping hands. For this project, my teammates and created a flyer to promote our team's fundraiser. The goal was to help the team gain more money while promoting what we're about. In this project, I enhanced my persuasive and communicative skills by exceeding our original goal amount.

Project 2 ethnocentrism and ethnocentrism
In this project, I was tested to demonstrate competence and understanding of the dimensions of ethnocentrism and ethnorelativism. I created a PowerPoint presentation discussing Intercultural Conflict and compared what it means in regards to ethnocentrism and ethnocentrism. My resources came from the textbook Intercultural Communication: A Contextual Approach 8th edition by James W. Neuliep

For this project, I was tested on applying theories of Persuasion to real-world situations involving the job position of Human Resources

Project 4 Alpha Kappa Psi Fundraising
Being a brother in Alpha Kappa Psi Business fraternity, it was my brothers and I job to fundraise a certain amount of money to gain money for the organization. During the current pandemic, we hosted an online game to earn money. I used my creative thinking skills to accomplish this project by fundraising online instead of in-person.

In this project, I was expected to recruit new potential members for the Alpha Kappa Psi organizations. I used my analytical and interpersonal skills to recruit members that represent the organization's values.
Reward & Achievment
Rewards Deans List Spring 2020
In the Spring semester of 2020, I was able to achieve a high GPA to be put on the Dean's List. This had all happened in the beginning of the pandemic when students were forced to switch from a face-to-face atmosphere of learning to online learning. This reward represents my skill to adapt to a change in circumstances.
